Exclusively engineered by OneGarnet, JadeCut^® is a proprietary blend of omphacite and almandine garnet, two natural minerals known for hardness, toughness, and cutting efficiency. Through a precisely optimized mineral ratio, including 10%-15% almandine garnet, JadeCut^® combines the strengths of both materials, offering an upgrade abrasive that outperforms common options while lowering overall costs.

Superior Quality and Performance

The sharp, angular JadeCut^® consistently achieves Sa2.5 surface cleanliness and in most cases advances to Sa3 (ISO 8501-1). While its hardness (7.0-7.5 Mohs) and density (3.5-3.6 g/cm³) are slightly lower than premium OneGarnet (7.5-8.0 Mohs, 4.0 g/cm³), more particles are delivered per unit weight, boosting cleaning coverage by about 8%-10% compared with common abrasives. This higher blasting efficiency leads to less abrasive use and fewer disposal demands for spent media.  

Its conductivity remains below 80 μS/cm, and surface-soluble salts under 20 mg/m², ensuring excellent preparation for coating adhesion and anti-corrosion. Surface roughness from 25–115 μm provides flexibility across blasting requirements.

On the safety and environemntal sides, JadeCut^® is free from radioactivity, heavy metals, and maintains free silica ≤0.5%, fully meeting occupational health and safety standards. It generates a slightly higher dust than OneGarnet, but the dust quantity and size are not exceeding Level 1 (ISO 8502-3). Lower dust generation improves visibility during blasting, reduces airborne particulates, and minimizes respiratory risks for workers and nearby communities.
